Refund & Return Policy

You can pay in advance for placing order with BigB’s Grocery:  By (Bkash, Credit / Debit Card) or pay in cash upon receiving the products.

  • If there is insufficient stock of the selected product in stock, the price you paid will be credited in your BigB’s Grocery accounts wallet. This payment will be adjusted with your next order. Till then your payment is secure with us.

 

  • If you want to cancel your order, then you must cancel withing 2 hours of placing order. After canceling the order, BigB’s Grocery will credit the amount in the customers wallet with the consent of the customer for future purchase.

 

  • If customer wants refund, then it will take 10 days’ time to process the refund.

 

  • After dispatching the product to customer, no cancellation and refund claim will be accepted. Your order will be non-cancellable, nonrefundable, and non-cancellable.
  • If the product is damaged at the time of delivery and if it is not possible to change the product, your payment will be credited in your wallet and adjusted with next order.
  • If another brand/ product is delivered in place of the product you ordered, then the product can be changed again as per company policies.
  • If you deduct any amount more than the stipulated amount if you want to pay the debit or credit card online, you will get overpayment credited in your wallet.
  • In many cases the buyer may have to give a bank statement while repaying the online payment.
  • A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 7 days if: Product does not meet user’s expectation, product damaged during delivery, doubt about the product quality and quantity, received in an unhealthy, unexpected condition, not satisfied with the packaging and finds product unusable.

In case of cash on delivery:         

  • It is your responsibility to see and understand the right product at the time of delivery.
  • If you do not want to accept the damaged product, the carrier has the opportunity to return the product. In that case, you need to be notified by email and pay the delivery charge.

Product exchange policy   

  • If any damaged product is delivered, you can accept another new product. However, this will only apply for online advance payment.
  • In that case you may have to wait at least 10 working days.
  • If another product is delivered in place of your ordered product, the new product will be replaced within the next 7working days.
