Chicken Breast, Salt, Spices, Wheat Flour, Seasoning and Breadcrumbs.
Keep frozen (-18°C/0°F or below) until ready to cook. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE DEFROSTED.
To thaw, remove from freezer and keep for 30 minutes at room temperature. Heat oil at medium heat (170-175°C) and fry the product for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
